Like most website owners, I have been informed, that I should publish a privacy policy, in order to keep some people happy, so here goes!
It is important to note that this website is run by an individual (as a hobby and for private use) and is not affiliated to any business or commercial entity.

Your privacy is important to us. We have a few fundamental principles:

• The HighrexGPS app is intended to track you or your device. Therefore is collects location information (while running AND in the background if you allow it to). This location information is only stored locally on device unless YOU choose to connect it up to a server. My server is private and you can not connect up to it without requesting an account from me directly. In the future, I plan to opensource the website and backend, at which time you or anyone else can run their own server, which you can connect up to. Said server should publish its own privacy policy and neither the app nor I am responsible for any third party server.
• I don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop my software projects, or protect my rights.
• I don't store personal information on my servers unless required for the on-going operation of the services (such as your location if you have chosen to upload it to my server (and I have granted you access to do this).
